Yoga Movement classes at SWEAT, consists of the traditional physical exercise based upon poses that promote improved control of the mind and body to enhance well-being. It’s designed to utilize a variety of Yoga movements (minus the traditional spiritial disipline) emphasizing controlled breathing, and poses to help stretch and strengthen the body.
The Yoga Movement class may also include a variety of core, pilates, foam roller and stretching moves.

Mission Peak. Although steep, the views of the Bay Area are
rewarding. Hikers can see Oakland, San Francisco & San
Jose.
A challenging trail of constant uphill climbs;
bench areas on the path; portable toilet approx 1 mile from the
summit.
Ensure that you have plenty of water, very few spots provide
shade.
