* Sudden injury such as control of bleeding, burns
* Sudden illness such as stroke, seizure, asthma, poisoning
* Environmental emergencies such as heat/cold, bites & stings

Kangoo Jumps Event
Duration: 60 minutes
 
Learn new Kangoo Jumps routines exclusively developed by our Kangoo Jumps certified instructors.  Routines will be a combination of KangooDANCE moves and KangooCARDIOpump for heart pumping, boxing and weight training.
 
KangooCARDIOpump…incorporates small hand weights to stimulate your muscles for toning mixed in with jabs, hooks, kicks and punches in a fun and energetic way that will leave you waiting in anticipation for your next KangooCARDIOpump workout.
 
You will never go back to traditional aerobics once you’ve experienced the Kangoo Jumps! This class puts the FUN in functional. Tone up, slim down, and play hard!
 
KangooDANCE is…so much fun you’ll forget you are working out! This class incorporates some of the new and old school dance moves into a high energy, high intensity, cardio workout.

An alternative starting point is from the Ohlone College Entrance/Parking lot, 43600 Mission Blvd, Fremont, CA

DESCRIPTION

Enjoy the spectacular views of the South bay as you climb up to Mission Peak. Although steep, the views of the Bay Area are rewarding. Hikers can see Oakland, San Francisco & San Jose.

A challenging trail of constant uphill climbs; bench areas on the path; portable toilet approx 1 mile from the summit. Ensure that you have plenty of water, very few spots provide shade.

Length: 5.8 mi, Elevation gain: 2,135 ft, Route Type: Loop
