4 Hour Course covers
* Skills used to administer Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
* Use of Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
* Choking
* Basic Life Support (BLS)
* CPR card issued upon evidence of successful completion of course material and testing

* Sudden injury such as control of bleeding, burns
* Sudden illness such as stroke, seizure, asthma, poisoning
* Environmental emergencies such as heat/cold, bites & stings

DESCRIPTION
Enjoy the spectacular views of the South bay as you climb up to Mission Peak. Although steep, the views of the Bay Area are rewarding. Hikers can see Oakland, San Francisco & San Jose.
A challenging trail of constant uphill climbs; bench areas on the path; portable toilet approx 1 mile from the summit. Ensure that you have plenty of water, very few spots provide shade.
