CardioBoxing

CardioBoxing workouts employ varied moves including straignt jabs, hooks, uppercuts, cross jabs, low to mid-range kicks, and defensive bob and weave moves intermixed with cardiovascular exercises like mountain climbers, burpees, jumping jacks, and more. The pace is non-stop, intense and fun!

Workouts vary per instructor and change frequently so your body will always be asked to adapt eliminating plateaus.
Workouts can utilize sets of boxing gloves, punching mitts, heavy bags and other portable equipment (all provided).
The workouts are high intensity however, we encourage you to go at your own pace.
*All levels welcomed
Bring water, a towel, and dress comfortably in appropriate workout attire, and wear tennis shoes (Vibram FiveFingers are permitted in class)
