Workout of the Day (WOD)

A challenging daily workout designed to make you SWEAT! Be ready for anything with this WOD; intense cardio, strength & conditioning, balance & core functional training all delivered in a variety of methodologies (i.e. HIIT, Tabata, Circuit) and utilizing a full gamut of fun equipment!

Some workout modifications may be provided if deemed necessary by your coach. Come prepared to give an all-out effort and produce a fair amount of SWEAT!
