Q:  Can we reopen for in-door classes and appointments?  This is your weekly tier update #041321

A:  As of April 6, we have been granted permission to hold in-door classes!  We are limited to 10% capacity that basically amounts to 10 participants in a class or as many as our socially distanced floor space permits, which is a maximum of 8 participants.

Based on this industry guidance information, we are also allowed to host in-person, individual, or small group personal training services.

We have maintained our Substantial status since April 6th, 2021.  San Joaquin remains one of the Red Tier Counties in California.  Updates are provided weekly on Tuesday.  The next update will be on April 20th, 2021.

NOTE: The positivity rate dropped down to the acceptable level for the Substantial, Red Tier and has remained qualified at this tier for the second week in a row.

Our group Kangoo Jumps®, POUND® and Kettlebell classes also provide heart pounding, fat burning, and core centric workouts. Round it out with individual or small group personal training. Are you ready to try something new? Our body weight resistance workouts feature the TRX® Suspension Trainer and TRX® Rip Trainer. We also design challenging full-body, traditional weight training programs.

The owners and staff of SWEAT Cycling Studio and Personal Training are energetic and passionate about fitness. Each are required to be certified as indoor cycling, group exercise instructors and personal trainers. Many are also competitive athletes having competed or participated in century and metric-century rides, triathlons, open water swims, mud-runs, marathons, half-marathons, 5 & 10k's, and amateur figure & bodybuilding competitions.
