Navel Orange and Kale Salad

Did you know, Kale has more vitamin C than an orange?  And prior to 2012, the largest buyer of kale in North America was Pizza Hut, although it was only used to decorate their salad bar.  For most people, this may seem outrageous.  Today there is a long list of popular kale dishes and snacks:

Kale is now known as a great anti-inflammatory and superfood that is rich in iron, vitamins A, K, and C, and let’s not forget calcium!

Each are required to be certified as indoor cycling, group exercise instructors and personal trainers. Many are also competitive athletes having competed or participated in century and metric-century rides, triathlons, open water swims, mud-runs, marathons, half-marathons, 5 & 10k's, and amateur figure & bodybuilding competitions.
